At the same time there were 10 more New Listings in 2014 as well as 5 more Active Listings, and the price per home went up as product increased along with total Dollar Volume. Surely, the desirability of the neighbourhood helped keep the prices up, but continually low interest rates also helped with the increase in sale price. During the same period, the Average Number of Days on the market decreased from 36 in 2013 to only 17 in 2014 which is certainly good for home sellers. The Percentage of Sold Price To Listing Price increased to 99% from 97% in 2013. The majority of Aurora Grove real estate sales came from attached homes and semi-detached houses as shown below with breakdown by type. This extremely desirable neighbourhood is another indicator of the strength of the overall Aurora Housing Market.
